Holly is a highly experienced collaborative family law attorney with substantial training in strategic cooperation, mediation and conflict resolution. She was one of the first Collaborative attorneys in Washington, and pioneered Collaborative Divorce Team practice in King County. She is a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals and holds or has held leadership positions in various collaborative law organizations including President of the State-wide Collaborative Professionals of WA, Vice-President of King County Collaborative Law; Secretary for the Family Law Practice Group of KCCL; and Founding Co-Chair of the King County Bar Association Collaborative Law Section. She is a founding member of other collaborative organizations including Eastside Collaborative Family Law, and the IACP Collaborative Institute. She is a trainer, presenter and author on collaborative law and mediation/interest-based negotiations.
